Get to know me

Jamie Weiss is a dancer, singer, and actress from Cincinnati, OH. She is also an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and AFPA Prenatal & Postpartum Fitness Specialist currently based in Brooklyn.

Jamie received a Bachelor of Arts degree at Point Park University, with a major in Dance and a minor in Musical Theatre. Through her studies, she had the honor to perform in 42nd Street and The Pittsburgh Playhouse Opening Gala, both under the direction of long-time Rockette Eileen Grace. At Reagle Music Theatre, Jamie opened a new window in Mame, also under the direction of Eileen Grace.  In addition, she has journeyed Back to the 90’s at Kings Island Amusement Park, as well as down the rabbit hole in The Cincinnati Ballet’s ALICE (in wonderland).

Jamie’s experiences with the dance industry have significantly inspired her fitness training. She approaches her work with positivity and builds on the individual strengths each client brings in, recognizing that fitness can be just as mental as it is physical. Jamie’s wellness philosophy prioritizes the connection between physical and mental health, providing a holistic experience for all clients.
